Job Openings / What to Expect
When a job vacancy exists, our first objective is to promote from within. When it is not feasible to fill the vacancy internally, we generally place the opening with the local Department of Labor Office.
When an opening occurs, an application for employment may be obtained at an IFG office. We schedule team interviews and conduct background checks before hiring employees. Those selected for hire are required to complete post-offer employment screenings, including a physical exam and related evaluations, as well as a drug screen.
